DOES TRU VIXXN HAVE REFUND POLICY?
Yes, we do! Exchange or return your purchase for a partial refund (restocking fee) when the package seal has not been broken, tampered with and the extensions have clearly NOT been removed from its original packaging. A full store credit, minus the restocking fee of 20%, will be issued to you or your account within seven (7) days of receiving returned item(s).

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
